Wayne Basford
DirectorWayne is the Managing Director of Basford Consulting. Wayne is highly qualified and experienced in delivering both technical expertise and thought leadership to a national and international audience. Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in audit and advisory services. He has worked with major global accountancy firms across three continents, developing extensive experience with large, multinational audits (particularly cross border listings in China).
Simon Rear
DirectorSimon is a lawyer and a Partner in the Corporate Division of Squire Patton Boggs (AU). Simon has broad experience in equity capital markets, public and private M&A (including takeovers and schemes of arrangement) and corporate advisory in both Australia and the UK. Simon is also an expert in corporate governance and regularly presents on corporate governance issues.
Stephen Becsi OAM
Chairman/DirectorStephen is currently the CEO of Apollo Care Pty Ltd. Previously, Stephen was the CEO of Appellon Pty Ltd, formerly Pulse Australasia, a Technology start-up that has produced the world’s first Digital SaaS platform that measures, monitors and influences the culture of organisations. The platform is currently being taken to market Globally. Prior to Appellon, Stephen was CEO of the Bethanie Group, one of WA’s largest NFP providers of aged care services, including residential aged care. Under his leadership Bethanie achieved top-tier standards of performance.
